Reporting and Privacy Notice
Incident details, optional contact information, photos and a location you choose to share are used for MDRRMO incident assessment, emergency coordination and follow-up. Avoid including unrelated personal information or images of affected people unless necessary for the report.
Location, Photos and External Services
Location sharing requires your permission. You may provide a barangay and landmark when GPS is unavailable. New photos are processed to reduce size and remove embedded metadata. Map tiles and directions use external map services; their providers may receive your IP address and requested map area. SMS and email delivery use configured external providers. Directions are not a guarantee of a safe route.
Offline Reports
An offline draft stays in this browser on this device until synchronization is acknowledged by the server. It is not yet received by MDRRMO. Browser storage is not guaranteed encrypted or durable; clearing site data, uninstalling the app or browser storage eviction may delete unsent drafts. Avoid shared devices for sensitive reports. Delete local copies deliberately after confirming submission.
Access and Publication
Authorized personnel may access records needed for their duties. Public map and tracking views use restricted fields; reporter contacts and private evidence are not part of public map payloads. Publishing an incident is separate from receiving a report.
Records and Requests
Historical records and evidence are not automatically deleted. Retention periods, legal grounds, disclosure procedures and requests to access or correct records require the municipality's approved policy. Contact the MDRRMO office through its verified official channels for assistance. This notice is subject to municipal data-protection and legal review; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
