CLAVERIA, CAGAYAN
EcoGuard
Incident information and community reporting for Claveria.
EcoGuard connects public incident reporting, reviewed map information, and MDRRMO response workflows. Residents can report an incident, keep their tracking code, and follow the recorded status of their report.
Public information is limited to records approved for publication. A report being received does not mean it has already been verified or that a team has been dispatched.
Reporting an Incident
- Choose Report Incident on the map, then select online reporting or offline reporting.
- Provide the incident type, barangay, specific location, and description. Include a photo when available and safe to capture.
- Review the details before submitting. Keep the tracking code shown after the server confirms receipt.
Use Track an existing report to view recorded updates. Avoid submitting duplicate reports for the same incident.
Public Incident Map
The live map displays reviewed public incidents and published facilities. Map layers can show evacuation facilities, public offices, and barangay halls when records are available.
The closed-incidents control shows published closed reports by month and year. Records without an approved exact point may have only a general barangay location.
No markers does not mean an area is safe. Published incidents are not a complete picture of every emergency. Check the connection indicator before relying on displayed information.
Offline Reporting
An offline report is saved on this device. MDRRMO has not received it until synchronization succeeds and the server confirms receipt. Reconnect and check My Offline Reports for its synchronization status.
Do not clear browser or app storage while reports are pending. Map tiles and directions may be unavailable without internet. For urgent assistance, do not rely on a pending offline report.
Emergency Information
For urgent assistance, call the verified MDRRMO hotline when cellular voice service is available. Opening the phone dialer does not file an incident report.
Road directions are not certified safe evacuation routes. Follow official local instructions, and do not enter a dangerous area to confirm an incident or take a photo.
